¼¤Çé¿ì²¥ HR Customer Service Experience

Human Resources’ request and knowledge management system, Spoke, is being discontinued later this year. We appreciate the feedback received about Spoke over the past few years and are working hard to deliver an improved service to the ¼¤Çé¿ì²¥ community. 

What’s next? We will be leveraging a system that is currently being used within the ¼¤Çé¿ì²¥ system (¼¤Çé¿ì²¥A IT, OIT, and others) that will accomplish the following:

  • Provide a more user-friendly, customizable, and streamlined customer experience - no more unwanted automated  notifications; improved knowledge base search experience; integration with existing ¼¤Çé¿ì²¥ HR website. 
  • Reduce contract costs using a cost-sharing model with multiple ¼¤Çé¿ì²¥ departments - providing an improved system for fewer dollars.   
  • Take advantage of shared knowledge and best practices from current ¼¤Çé¿ì²¥ departments on how the tool is used - ¼¤Çé¿ì²¥ based technical and procedural support is available.
