The Bargaining Unit definition includes: Graduate Assistants (including Teaching Assistants, Research Assistants, Service Assistants, and Engagement Assistants) Student Assistants, and Fellows enrolled in graduate programs.
Regular, full-time University employees, regardless of whether they are enrolled in a graduate program, are not part of AGWA/激情快播W.
On April 30, 2024, 激情快播 reached a tentative agreement on a full contract with the newly formed AGWA. Details can be found below or by clicking here. The agreement was then approved by AGWA members, the 激情快播 Board of Regents , and the Alaska Department of Administration.

On April 30, 2024, 激情快播 reached a tentative agreement on a full contract with AGWA. Details can be found below or by clicking here. The agreement must be approved by AGWA members and the 激情快播 Board of Regents, and will then be forwarded to the Alaska Department of Administration for approval. 激情快播 has also submitted a funding amendment for the legislature to consider for inclusion in the budget for Fiscal Year/Academic Year 2025, which begins on July 1, 2024.

The contract terms are July 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026.
