Reminder to order your Biometric Home Test Kit
To order a biometric home test kit, log into the PreventionCloud portal and select
鈥渆vents鈥, click Join for Biometric Screening Home Test Kit and choose 鈥渙rder test
kit鈥 and fill out the required information. Home test kits can be ordered up until May 31 and must be returned no later than June
10 to receive credit for this program year.
